1. Maintain / Make sure quality of product as per customer requirement .
2. Ensure specification / quality of Raw Material, Process and Product standards to meet the requirements of internal & external customers.
3. To check the quality of all raw material at the time of receiving and prepare report about quality.
4. Ensure calibration and maintenance of Lab’s equipments.
5. Evaluate competence of QA staff up to Supervisor level and impart on job Education / training.
6. Ensure implementation of set operational controls down the line.
7. Take measures for any abnormality or emergency.
8. Establish / modify inspection & testing plans / system as & when necessary for quality assurance.
9. Analyze customer complaints and propose necessary corrective / preventive actions.
10. Evaluate competitor’s products and various process development trials for enhancing the product quality.
11. Identify staff training needs and organize human resource development regarding QA.
12. Identify, evaluate and review environmental aspects & impacts of department.
13. Develop & implement appropriate operational controls and safety instructions.
14. Review monitoring & measuring results and initiate corrective actions as required.
15. Daily Blank / Box testing and feed in computer.
16. Preparation of Monthly / Annual reports.
17. Periodic checking of plant printing machine to access any abnormality.
18. Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.
Profile of the Individual
· Academic qualification should at least be of Graduation.
· Should be a computer literate.
· Must have at least 05 years experience; preferably in manufacturing organization.
· Should be attentive to details, flexible and a team player.

- Contribute to the completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
- Support Engineering team in planning and overseeing the preventative maintenance for filling equipment.
- Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion.
- Support maintenance work management and the installation, commissioning, qualification of equipment.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements initiatives.
- Provide input to capital project design with respect to equipment selection and specifications that create project approaches which minimize life cycle costs.
- Follow up and communicates schedule to all resources, i.e. maintenance, production, outside services, stores and engineering.
- Responsible for pest control management in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (also cGMP) and Pfizer internal requirement.
- Manage all the utility document and drawings and ensure all of them are sorted and archived properly.
- Ensure that supporting Good Manufacturing Practices (also cGMP) relevant documentation is generated and maintained.
- Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent)
- Experience in reliability based maintenance practices
- Demonstrated ability to write and provide simple and accurate instructions
- Aseptic manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated computer and technical skills
- Effective problem solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication and written skills
- Knowledge or experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} environment
- Biopharma experience
