Full Job Description
1. Manage the Warehouse operation in its entirety encompassing staff management, product management & storage, health & safety, product checking and repairs, stock holding, daily communication and any other aspects arising with and through all areas required.
2. Ensure the smooth transition of stock between the warehouse and production to meet the needs of the schedule.
3. Liaising with purchasing to plan the warehouse and priorities the existing warehouse workload.
4. To assist in the management and audit of stock in the warehouse by good housekeeping and maintenance of quality control procedures.
5. Timely processing of returned goods back into stock.
6. Manage and train the warehouse staff.
7. Manage the warehouse stock / perform stock takes.
8. Management meetings, generate reports and KPIs.
9. Hands on experience with SAP warehouse.
10. Preferred industries- Manufacturing, Construction, Packaging, Paint.

We are looking for an experienced warehouse Incharge to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
· Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
· Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
· Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
· Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
· Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
· Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
· Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
· Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
Qualification & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics or related field is preferred.
· 2 to 3 years’ of proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
· Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
· Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

. Strategically plan and manage the warehouse, logistics, transportation and customer services in line with the international standards.
. Direct, optimize and coordinate full sales order cycle
. Develop warehouse plan to ensure stocking and deliveries by FIFO method.
. Liaise with the production team to cater to inbound stock and ensure deliveries to the concerned warehouse /floor.
. Ensure that warehouse activities are managed through proper layouts. Seasonal inventories are available in the main warehouse while off-session inventories are stocked in a backup warehouse.
